Book Your Seat

How to Apply

Securing your seat with Ninja X is simple. Each of our trading bots has limited seats available, and your profit share is calculated proportionally to the bot's live wallet size at the time your funds are added, with profits compounding over time.

Current availability:

  • X22 – seats available
  • X24 – seats available
  • X25 – seats available
  • X26 – seats available

X22 laid the foundation, X24 added a pullback-reclaim strategy, X25 introduced mid-band ADX/RSI entries with tighter market-regime filtering, and X26 further refined that with enhanced directional confirmation before any entry is taken. Each bot is a distinct strategy, and each seat entitles you to a proportional share of that bot's generated profits.

With X22, X24, X25 and X26 now available, applicants can choose from multiple Ninja X strategies, each built around disciplined entries, compounding growth and clearly defined risk controls.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Fill in the form below with your details.
  2. We review your application and reach out to you personally.
  3. Once confirmed, your seat is reserved, your allocation is added to the selected bot, and you begin earning your proportional share of that bot’s performance.

    Automated Crypto Trading Bots
    Built for Steady, Compounding Gains

    01.

    Ninja X22

X22 runs on a 5-minute timeframe using a multi-condition entry system, combining EMA breakouts, RSI momentum, Bollinger Band signals, MACD filters and many more. It features smart 40/40/20 DCA at -8% & -16%, volatility-adjusted position sizing and a tight trailing stop to secure profits.

    02.

    Ninja X24

X24 builds on X22's multi-condition entry system, adding an EMA Pullback Reclaim strategy, buying when the price recovers back above EMA-26 after a confirmed pullback phase. It runs a 33/33/33 DCA model, scaling into positions at -10% and -25%, with fully compounding stakes that grow with the wallet.

    03.

    Ninja X25

X25 builds on X24’s multi-condition framework by adding a mid-band ADX/RSI reclaim entry. It runs a 40/30/30 DCA model at -6% and -12%, with ATR-based dynamic stake sizing that adapts to volatility and compounds as the wallet grows.

    04.

    Ninja X26

X26 builds on X25's multi-condition framework with an even more selective mid-band entry, requiring directional strength confirmation before entering. It runs a 40/30/30 DCA model at -6% and -12%, with ATR-based dynamic stake sizing that adapts to volatility and compounds as the wallet grows.

    05.

    Market Regime Detection

The bots continuously analyse market conditions across bull, bear and sideways regimes on the 1-hour timeframe. Most entry conditions are disabled in a bear regime, reducing exposure when the market is trending down. Only the most robust setups remain active across all conditions, ensuring the bots trade with the market rather than against it.

    06.

    Spot-Only Trading

All bots operate entirely on spot markets; there is no leverage, no margin and no liquidation risk involved. Every position is backed by real assets, meaning your exposure is limited to what is actually held. This gives the strategy a more measured, sustainable approach to building returns over time.

    07.

    Quality Pairs Only

We take a selective approach to which markets the bots trade in. Over 50 weak and low-quality USDC pairs have been blacklisted, ensuring capital is deployed only into liquid, reliable markets. This improves overall profit allocation and reduces exposure to volatile, low-volume tokens.

    08.

    Data-Driven Entries

Every entry signal is determined by a defined set of technical rules combining EMA crossovers, RSI momentum, Bollinger Band positioning, MACD confirmation and volume filters. There is no gut feel or discretionary override. Each trade must meet strict, measurable criteria before the bot acts.

    09.

The strategy logic, entry conditions and risk parameters are openly shared with all seat holders. You will always have a clear understanding of how each bot behaves, what triggers a trade and how risk is managed so there are no surprises and no black boxes.

    Frequently Asked Questions

A crypto trading bot is software that connects to an exchange via API and automatically executes trades based on a predefined strategy. Rather than relying on human decision-making, the bot monitors the markets around the clock and acts on signals the moment conditions are met. The Ninja X bots run on Freqtrade, an open-source trading framework, and operate on Binance using USDC pairs. They trade continuously, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No. All Ninja X bots trade spot only. There is no margin, no futures leverage, and no liquidation risk. Every position is backed by real USDC held in the bot’s exchange wallet. This means your exposure is limited to what is actually deployed, and there is no risk of a position being forcibly closed by a margin call. The strategy is designed to be sustainable and measured, not amplified by leverage.

Absolutely. Holding a seat with Ninja X has no impact on your own trading activity. The Ninja X bots run on dedicated Binance sub-accounts that are completely separate from any personal exchange account you may hold. You are free to continue trading manually as you normally would, and your seat simply entitles you to a proportional share of the profits generated by your chosen bot, running independently alongside whatever you choose to do yourself.

Your funds are held in a dedicated Binance sub-account controlled by Ninja X and are never moved to a third-party wallet or custodian. The bots trade spot only, meaning all positions are backed by real USDC with no leverage and no liquidation risk.

Regular reports and screenshots of both bot performance and Binance account balances are shared transparently via our private Facebook group, so seat holders always have full visibility of how their funds are performing.

It is important to understand that crypto trading carries inherent risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. The bots use defined risk controls including trailing stops, hard stop losses, DCA position management, and market regime filtering to manage downside, but no strategy is risk-free.

All trading capital is held within Ninja X’s own dedicated Binance sub-accounts. As a seat holder, you are not required to connect, link or expose your own exchange account in any way. Your funds are transferred directly to the relevant bot’s Binance sub-account, where the bot trades on your behalf.

Your profit share is calculated proportionally based on your contribution relative to the total wallet value of the bot at the time your funds are added. Performance is tracked, compounded and reported regularly via our private Facebook group.

Our goal is to maintain a minimum average of 0.1% profit per trade across the full 5-year term, with all gains compounding over time. All four bots are live and actively trading, and their real-time performance including win rate, total trades, profit per trade, and current wallet value is publicly visible on our Ninja X Bots Live Stats page.

Because this is a compounding strategy, even modest per-trade gains can accumulate significantly over 5 years. You can explore different scenarios using the Compound Calculator available on the site.

Past performance is not a guarantee of future results. Returns will vary depending on market conditions and the point at which you join.

Your profit share is not paid out periodically. Instead, it compounds within the bot’s wallet across the full 5-year term, growing in line with the bot’s performance. Your proportional share of the wallet increases in value as the bot trades and compounds.

At the end of the 5-year term, your share of the total wallet value is returned to you. Early withdrawal is possible upon request, but doing so means surrendering your seat entirely. Once you exit, that seat becomes available to the next applicant. If you withdraw before the full term is complete, the early withdrawal terms outlined in your agreement will apply.

Ninja X is designed as a long-term compounding strategy, and the greatest benefit comes to those who hold their seat for the full duration.

The bots are built with multiple layers of protection to handle difficult market conditions. Each trade uses a trailing stop that locks in gains as the price moves favourably, and a hard stop loss of -50% acts as an absolute safety net below that.

Before the hard stop is ever reached, the DCA system steps in automatically at -6% and -12%, placing additional entries at lower prices to reduce the average cost of the position and support a faster recovery. The 40/30/30 stake model means only a fraction of the wallet is committed to any single trade.

Additionally, the bots use real-time market regime detection to reduce entry activity during bear market conditions, and a BTC crash guard pauses new entries if Bitcoin is dropping sharply. These layers work together to protect the wallet during adverse conditions while keeping the strategy positioned for recovery when the market turns.

There is no fixed seat price. Your profit share is calculated proportionally based on the live wallet value of your chosen bot at the time your funds are added. The larger the wallet, the smaller your initial percentage share, but as the bot compounds and the wallet grows, so does the value behind each percentage point. The bots trade exclusively in USDC pairs.

If you wish to increase your share, you are welcome to add further funds at any time. Your share will be recalculated proportionally based on the wallet value at the point of each addition.

A seat is not simply purchased. All applicants go through a review process. We are selective about who we work with, and we require that every seat holder has a clear understanding of the compounding nature of the strategy before a seat is granted. This ensures the arrangement works well for everyone involved for the full 5-year term.

In the unlikely event that Ninja X ceases operations, all seat holders would be fully reimbursed their proportional share of each bot’s wallet value at that point in time, including any profits accrued up to that date.

It is also worth noting that Ninja X has just as much skin in the game as any seat holder. The capital running each bot is our own, and the strategy is as much in our interest to run successfully as it is in yours. We are committed to the full 5-year term.

The Ninja X Facebook group is open to everyone and is where we post regular updates, performance reports, screenshots of bot activity and Binance account balances, and any general news about the bots. It is also where seat holders stay informed between formal updates.

Yes. There is no restriction on holding seats across more than one bot. Each bot is a separate strategy with its own wallet, and your profit share on each is calculated independently based on your contribution to that specific bot’s wallet at the time your funds are added.

Holding across multiple bots can be a way to diversify your exposure across different strategies. X22 and X24 use a more established entry framework, while X25 and X26 incorporate newer, more selective entry logic. Each bot compounds independently, so gains in one do not affect another.

The BTC crash guard is a protective mechanism built into X25 and X26 that monitors Bitcoin’s price action in real time on both the 5-minute and 1-hour timeframes. If Bitcoin drops more than 3% within an hour, or if BTC’s RSI falls below 32 on the 1-hour chart indicating sustained selling pressure, the bots automatically pause all new trade entries until conditions stabilise.

Bitcoin tends to drag the entire crypto market down during sharp selloffs, so by detecting these conditions early and sitting on the sidelines temporarily, the bots avoid entering positions into a falling market. This is one of several protective layers designed to preserve the wallet during adverse conditions.
